Ainash Nurskenova

Ainash Nurskenova has over seven years of work experience. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Legrand as a Sales Administrator. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at WE Partner (World Executive Partners), an alliance of Korn Ferry, as a Researcher. During this time, they were responsible for local and international executive searches in Kazakhstan and CIS countries, executing research in different industries, preparing target lists, and identifying prospective candidates. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at LATZER ASSOCIATES GROUP GmbH as an Associate, responsible for executive search projects in China and the AP region. Lastly, from 2017 to present, they have been working at TourRadar as a Team Lead Recruitment, Senior Technical Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, and Technical Sourcer.

Ainash Nurskenova has a diverse educational background. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the International Academy of Business (IAB), where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the Kazakh Economic University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, they attended the South China University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor in International Economics and Trade. In addition to their degrees, Ainash has obtained several certifications, including Chinese Language and Culture from Open Universities Australia in March 2014, Food, Nutrition & Your Health from Open Universities Australia in October 2013, and Principles of Project Management from Open Universities Australia in September 2013.
