Ron Rubin

Ron Rubin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ron served as the Managing Director of Tower Alliance LLC starting in January 2014. In March 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at AST SpaceMobile. From April 2015 to December 2021, Ron was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Southcom Holdings I LLC, where they focused on wireless infrastructure investment and management strategies in Latin America, particularly the Andean region.

Ron served as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Tower Partners from July 2010 to December 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President and CFO at Home Diagnostics, Inc. from October 2005 to June 2010. Ron also served as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Waste Services, Inc. from September 2003 to May 2005. Ron has experience as a Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller at Ion Media Networks, Inc. from January 2001 to August 2003. Before that, Ron was a Vice President, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at AutoNation, Inc. from March 1996 to January 2001.

Ron'searly work experience includes working as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP from September 1987 to March 1996, where they managed audit engagements, resolved accounting issues, and prepared financial statements.

Ron Rubin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from American University, which they completed in 1987. Additionally, they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Florida International University in 1993.
