Royhan Istiqlal

Royhan Istiqlal has over 15 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Royhan currently works as a Network Infrastructure Manager at Tower Bersama Group since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia from August 2015 to February 2019.

From November 2012 to August 2015, Royhan worked at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero)/INTI, PT. Royhan initially served as a Site Manager and then transitioned to the role of ISP Engineer. Their responsibilities as an ISP Engineer included configuring and commissioning test MSAN D200, D500, and D1000, conducting site commissioning and acceptance testing of MSAN and OLT for the Tito Project of PT. Telkom. Tbk, and migrating PSTN Service ISDN, BRA, and PRA.

Before joining PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero)/INTI, PT, Royhan held the position of BSS & Transmission Network Engineer at PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk from March 2008 to November 2012. Their job involved scheduling and implementing the routine preventive maintenance of network elements, reporting network performance to higher management, site commissioning and acceptance testing of BTS and MW, supervisory installation of BTS and transmission network, configuring transmission SDH network, integrating new SDH/DWDM/Time reference sources equipment, and maintenance of SDH equipment and infrastructure.

Prior to their work at PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk, Royhan worked as a BSS Engineer at sinergi telecom from March 2006 to January 2008, where they were responsible for network operation, routine preventive maintenance, reporting network performance, site commissioning and acceptance testing of BTS, and establishing interconnection with other companies.

Royhan began their career as a BTS Installation Engineer at PT. Naviacomm Indonesia from September 2005 to January 2006. Royhan also briefly worked as a Drive Tester Engineer at sinergi telecom in January 2006.

Overall, Royhan has extensive experience in network infrastructure management, project management, site commissioning, acceptance testing, and network operation in the telecommunications industry.

Royhan Istiqlal completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Bandung from 2002 to 2005. Royhan attended SMUN 4 Bandung for their senior high school education from 1999 to 2002. Royhan also completed their primary education at SD Angkasa IX, although the specific dates and degrees obtained are unknown.
