Frederick T. Herb

Fred Herb is the Division Manager of TEP’s Commercial Building Design Department. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1996 and has since become a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and California. He started his career in manufacturing and fabrication, and since joining TEP, he and his team have worked with a variety of commercial clients to provide construction documents and permitting for office buildings, restaurants, churches, and telecommunications facilities among other projects. The Commercial Building Design team also specializes in ADA evaluation, plan review, design, and certification of accessible buildings and features for the disabled.
