Richard Stafford

Richard (Rick) Stafford is an experienced banking executive currently serving as President & CEO of Tower Federal Credit Union since October 2015, overseeing a diverse range of financial products and services for over 200,000 members globally. Prior to this role, Rick held various senior leadership positions at Peoples Bank, Citizens First, Metrobank, Comerica Bank, and Manufactures National Bank, focusing on member services, sales and marketing, and retail banking. Rick's educational background includes a Graduate Degree from the American Bankers Association's Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University, a Master’s in Management from Walsh College, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Adrian College.
