Susan Grauel

Susan Grauel has extensive work experience in the field of technical services. Susan started their career at MeadWestvaco (now known as WestRock) in 1996 as a Network Engineer. After working there for nearly a decade, they joined Tower Federal Credit Union in 2005 as a Sr. Systems Engineer. In this role, Susan was responsible for implementing and supporting corporate network infrastructure, managing data center switching, perimeter security infrastructure, and virtual networking. Susan later moved on to become the Manager of Technical Services and then the Assistant Vice President, Technical Services at Tower Federal Credit Union. Currently, Susan holds the position of Assistant Vice President, Technical Services at Tower Federal Credit Union.

Susan Grauel attended Prince George's Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Susan later enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue a degree in Management Information Systems, General. Susan has also obtained the CCNA certification for Cisco Certified Network Associate R&S.
