Melissa Choate (Missy)

Melissa (Missy) Choate is an experienced educator and coach with a diverse background in physical education and athletics. Currently serving as the Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Volleyball Coach at MacArthur High School since July 2014, Melissa also holds multiple roles within Lawton Public Schools as a Tennis Coach and a Physical Education, Health, and Wellness Teacher since September 1991, accumulating over 20 years of experience. In addition, Melissa owns a franchise of Tower Garden by Juice Plus+, providing vertical aeroponic growing systems aimed at promoting nutritious food in schools, and acts as a Sales Coordinator for Juice Plus+, sharing the benefits of whole food-based nutritional products. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education, Physical Education, and Health and Wellness Teaching from the University of Oklahoma and Cameron University between 1986 and 1991.
