Haoxiang Bai

Haoxiang Bai is an experienced execution trader currently employed at Tower Research Capital since October 2020. Previously, Haoxiang worked as a trader at Harveston Asset Management, where responsibilities included managing multi-asset systematic algorithm trading portfolios and collaborating with various teams to optimize trading algorithms, achieving significant cost reductions. Prior experience includes trading roles at Singapore Solar Exchange and EEX Asia, focusing on physical trading and market operations for commodities derivatives. Haoxiang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with a specialization in Finance and Business Statistics and Financial Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, as well as completing an exchange program in Mathematics and Financial Engineering at EPFL. Demonstrated skills in Python, VBA, and financial analytics tools highlight a commitment to enhancing trading processes and risk management.
