Jingyu Zhao

Jingyu Zhao is a Quantitative Researcher currently employed at Tower Research Capital since February 2023, previously working at Radix Trading LLC from October 2020 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Jingyu completed an internship at Moody's Analytics in May 2019, focusing on Credit Risk Probability Default (PD) Modeling through the analysis of alternative data for global corporate ownership. Jingyu's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from Columbia University (2011-2016), postdoctoral studies at Harvard University (2017-2020) and Princeton University (2016-2017), as well as a Master of Science in Applied Math and Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Pure Math from Stony Brook University (2007-2011).
