Renee Croce

Renee Croce is an accomplished professional in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the Global Head of Trading Teams HR and Recruiting at Tower Research Capital since May 2017. In this role, Renee acts as the global HR business partner for trading teams and leads diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous positions at Tower include Director of Human Resources, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, with a focus on Americas Quant and PM recruiting and on-campus recruiting. Prior to Tower, Renee worked as an HR Business Partner and Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2014 to April 2017. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University and has previous educational experience at Boston University and Gainesville High School.
