Terry Hindmarch

Terry Hindmarch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and human resources management. As the Founding Partner at TowerHunter Executive Search since October 2002, Hindmarch has leveraged a strong background in labor relations and human resources, previously serving as Managing Partner at FahrenheitHR and Axeo. Hindmarch’s career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Smitty's Supermarkets Inc. and Manager of Labor Relations at GE Appliances and CF&I Steel Corporation. Hindmarch holds a Masters of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
