Isis Diaz Linares

Isis Diaz Linares has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Isis began their career as a Business Analyst Intern at Target in 2008. Isis then joined Target as a Business Analyst in 2009 before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Isis moved to Maxim Integrated as a Human Resources Business Partner. Continuing their career in human resources, they joined Tower Semiconductor in 2016 as a Human Resources Business Partner when the site they worked at was sold to the company. Over the years, they progressed within Tower Semiconductor, holding roles such as US Compensation & Benefits Manager and Director of US Payroll, Compensation & Benefits. Currently, Isis holds the position of Director of US Total Rewards & Payroll and Site Human Resources at Tower Semiconductor.

Isis Diaz Linares graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Westminster University in 2009. Isis then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Services at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Learning Data Science: Ask Great Questions" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "Certified Core Strengths: Results through Relationships Facilitator" from Core Strengths® in 2019.
