Pawan Rawat

Pawan Rawat is a seasoned professional in the field of semiconductor engineering, currently serving as the Photo Process Senior Engineering Manager at Tower Semiconductor since January 2016. With extensive experience that includes roles as Photo Process Engineering Manager at Maxim Integrated, 14nm BEOL Patterning Lead at IBM Research, and Senior Process Engineer in Photolithography at WaferTech, Pawan has developed a strong expertise in photolithography and process engineering.
