Shlomi Arzoni

Shlomi Arzoni is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and training within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager and Training Manager at TowerJazz since April 2002, Shlomi oversees a team of eight training coordinators and is responsible for the development of training programs for approximately 250 manufacturing operators and technicians. Prior to this, Shlomi held the position of Production Lithography Manager at Tower Asset Management from March 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included supporting technological aspects of production and equipment maintenance. Additionally, Shlomi worked as a Litho Production Manager at Intel Corporation from April 1994 to March 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Open University of Israel and a Mechanical Technician certification from Rogozin.
