Andy Ball

Andy Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and local government. Currently serving as a REALTOR® at Town and Mountain Realty since July 2015, Andy is dedicated to guiding clients through real estate transactions while fostering strong relationships to understand individual preferences. Prior roles include Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Blair and Associates and Mayor of Boone, where responsibilities included presiding over the Town Council and serving as the primary representative for the town. With roots in the High Country and a degree in Government with a focus on Public Policy and Geography from Appalachian State University, Andy combines local expertise with a passion for the community and a background in political strategy.
