Phillip Geoffroy

Phillip Geoffroy has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and organizations. Phillip currently works as the Director of Communications at the Town of Andover since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Director of Health & Human Services at the City of Lowell from April 2022 to January 2023. Phillip also held positions such as Assistant to the City Manager and Executive Assistant - Communications at the City of Lowell from May 2021 to April 2022 and September 2019 to May 2021, respectively.

Before joining the City of Lowell, Phillip worked as the Legislative Director at the Massachusetts State Senate from January 2019 to September 2019. Phillip also served as the Director of Operations at Rufus Gifford for Congress from January 2018 to September 2018.
