Robert Patterson Pe

Robert Patterson, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in stormwater management and permitting. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for the Town of Apex since May 2022, Robert has previously held positions including Stormwater Engineer with NCDEQ-DWR, where responsibilities included stormwater reviews for transportation projects, and Environmental Engineer at NCDEQ-DEMLR, focusing on NPDES permitting and compliance. As the Stormwater Engineering Manager for the Town of Morrisville, Robert successfully administered the MS4 Phase II Permit and enhanced stormwater program initiatives. Additional experience includes engineering roles at NCDENR-DWQ, Criser Troutman Tanner Consulting Engineers, and Carter & Burgess, along with an internship at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, completed in 2002.
