Susan Faccenda Peghiny

Susan Faccenda Peghiny has held a diverse range of roles across various organizations, demonstrating leadership and technical skills. Currently serving as the Recording Secretary for the Town of Belmont since March 2021, Susan also acts as Club Leader, Past President, and Membership Chair at the Rotary Club of Newton, where involvement includes collaboration on community service projects. As a Congressional Liaison for Citizen's Climate Lobby since October 2019, Susan works to foster relationships with local congressional offices to advocate for climate legislation. In addition, Susan has been a skilled Clockmaker at the Watch & Clock Shop since June 1994, specializing in the repair of antique timepieces, and previously served as Jewelry Supervisor at Southborough Jewelers. Early career experiences include roles as Engineering Assistant at Digital Equipment Corporation and European Sales Manager at Boston Systems Office. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Keene State College and additional studies at Babson College.
