Brandon Dimonte

Brandon DiMonte is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in product management and operations at Air Canada since October 2004. Currently serving as Product Manager for Workforce Planning Optimization, Brandon develops strategies, coordinates business requirements, conducts gap analyses, and facilitates change management initiatives. Previous roles at Air Canada include Manager of General Operations and various management positions focused on station operations, customer service, and performance. Additionally, Brandon is a certified firefighter with the Town of Caledon, possessing NFPA certifications in firefighting and emergency services. Brandon holds a certificate in Pre-Service Fire Fighting and Emergency Services from Humber College.
