Tracey McKenna

Tracey McKenna has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and management roles. Tracey is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Town of Caledon, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to that, they held positions at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Halton Healthcare, Town of the Blue Mountains, Hanover & District Hospital, Microcell (FIDO), Allegis Group, and Peel Children's Centre. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in HR management, recruitment, and employee services.

Tracey McKenna attended the University of Prince Edward Island from 1988 to 1992, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. In 1992-1993, they studied at Holland College, earning a diploma in Child and Youth Worker, focusing on Mental Health Counseling. From 2002 to 2008, Tracey pursued part-time studies in Human Resources Management at Georgian College. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader from HRPA.
