Alison McCrum

Alison McCrum is a seasoned professional in human resources and health and safety, currently serving as Human Resources Wellness Support for the Town of Canmore since December 2020. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environmental Generalist at Westpower, where Alison managed HR and HSE functions and supported management in various HR processes. Prior to that, Alison worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Natpro, providing support across HR and occupational health and safety, and developed significant policies and programs. Early career experience includes roles as a Health & Safety Consultant at Clover Safety Inc and Health and Safety Coordinator at ATS Reliance, where programs were designed to meet safety standards in Alberta. Educational credentials include a Bachelor in Management/Marketing from the University of Lethbridge, an Occupational Health and Safety program from the University of Alberta, and a Marketing Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
