Richard Carter

Richard Carter is an accomplished fine art photographer and senior civil designer, possessing extensive experience in both fields. As the owner and photographer at Carolina Images since January 2014, Richard Carter specializes in landscapes, nature, and architecture. Concurrently, Richard Carter has served as a senior civil designer for the Town of Cary since April 2013. Richard Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
