Bill Webster

Bill Webster has extensive experience in parks and recreation, serving as the Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation for the Town of Chapel Hill from 1980 to 2010, and later as the Assistant Director for planning and development. After a dedicated career spanning 39 years with the Town of Chapel Hill, Bill Webster has retired but is open to part-time work opportunities. Bill Webster holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from West Virginia University.
