Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith is a Planner II with experience in municipal planning and zoning administration, currently serving the Town of Christiansburg, VA since March 2023, following their role as Planner and Zoning Administrator in the Town of Pulaski from January 2022 to March 2023. Caroline has a proven track record in securing $750,000 in housing and industrial revitalization grants, which have contributed to economic growth.
