Lily Franklin

Lily Franklin is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and campaign management. Currently serving as an Operations Assistant for the Town of Christiansburg, VA since March 2023, Lily also holds the position of Deputy Campaign Manager for Josh for Virginia since February 2022. Previously, Lily was the Chief Of Staff for Delegate Sam Rasoul from March 2017 to February 2022, and served in the same role for Sam Rasoul for Lt. Governor from October 2020 to June 2021. Other notable experiences include teaching with Teach For America from January 2016 to March 2017, and roles as Head Guard and Swim Instructor for the County of Roanoke from May 2010 to May 2016, as well as Resident Assistant at Longwood University from August 2013 to May 2015. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Longwood University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
