Dale Hartling

Dale Hartling serves as the Broadband Plant Manager for the Town of Concord, MA, since October 2022. Previously, Dale spent two decades at Cisco, where the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager involved leading significant transformations, including the adoption of an Agile development model and enhancements in testing automation. Dale established rigorous standards for test planning and regression testing while fostering collaboration among teams to overcome challenges, track progress, and boost product compliance. Earlier experience includes working as a Development Test Engineer. Dale holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and completed the Officers Candidate School at the Massachusetts Military Academy.
