Philippe Hyppolite, MBA-PM, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Philippe started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained experience in accounting, sales, and employee recruitment. Following this, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at TAW'S GROUP, LLC, where they provided support in purchasing, accounting, and data entry.
Philippe then transitioned to the education sector and served as a Career Service Advisor & Externship Coordinator at Anthem Education Group, assisting students with career development.
Philippe's career took a turn towards human resources when they joined the Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Here, they held successive roles as a Human Resources Administrator and a Cooperation Officer, where they managed HR functions and coordinated international collaboration efforts.
After leaving the ministry, Philippe worked at Pine Street Inn as part of the HR team, focusing on employee relations and leave of absence management. Philippe then joined the Town of Belmont as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, before moving on to their current role as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Danvers.
Throughout their career, Philippe has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR practices and has leveraged their organizational and communication skills to effectively support the needs of their employers.
Philippe Hyppolite earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Relations & Human Resources from Florida International University, which they attended from 2002 to 2007. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management from SUNY Empire State College.
