Shaun Volin

Shaun Volin has extensive experience in the building and construction industry, currently serving as the Assistant Building Official for the Town of Darien since February 2021. With a background that includes a long tenure at Noroton Heights Fire Department, beginning as a firefighter in April 2001 and progressing to Chief over the years, Shaun has demonstrated leadership and commitment to public safety. Between June 2007 and December 2019, Shaun worked as a carpenter for Fox Hill Builders, applying skills acquired during studies at the New England Institute of Technology, where Shaun earned an Associate's degree in Carpentry/Carpenter from 2001 to 2003.
