Alison Genest

Alison Genest has a diverse background in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as a member and former chairman and vice-chairman of the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Dracut since July 2020. Since July 2019, Alison has been an independent talent development consultant with expertise in global talent management, performance management, and coaching, collaborating with leaders across various levels. Previously, Alison held positions at MFS Investment Management as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, focusing on performance feedback cycles for a large global firm, and at Comverse as a Learning & Development Manager, where significant achievements included 100% participation in the performance management cycle. Alison also has experience in leadership and organizational development roles at Investors Bank & Trust and has held HRD and managerial positions at CGU Insurance and First Data Corporation. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
