Kim Degrace

Kim DeGrace, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the Town of Duxbury, Massachusetts, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center from August 2021 to October 2022, and worked at Sturdy Memorial Hospital as an Employee Benefits Specialist from March 2007 to August 2022. Kim's career began at Sodexho, where the role of Chef Manager was held from January 1997 to February 2007. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Massasoit Community College and an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Culinary Institute at New Hampshire College.
