Robert Durham, M.A., currently serves as the Procurement Administrator for the Town of Fountain Hills since February 2021. Prior to this role, Robert held several positions, including Management Analyst III/Program Manager for Monterey County, where responsibilities included managing the county's Recycle & Resource Recovery Program and overseeing contracts and grants. Additionally, Robert has experience as a Deputy Purchasing Agent, NCO in the U.S. Army Reserve, Military Outreach Program Manager at Brandman University, and an Independent Energy Consultant. Robert has a Master's Degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Benedictine College, along with studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and Fort Hays State University.
