Andrew Nicholls

Andrew Nicholls has extensive experience in project and systems management, currently serving as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst for the Town of Hilton Head Island since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing MIS systems and facilitating the migration of financial, HR, and permitting processes to a SaaS model. Prior roles include Manager of Billing Analytics at ACN, overseeing a team of business analysts, and serving as a business analyst specializing in billing for ACN's commercial VoIP service. Andrew's career also includes significant contributions to various organizations such as Verisign, Communications Data Group, and CAP Gemini, focusing on billing systems and project management. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Systems Engineering from Kingston University, a CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute, and is currently pursuing Project Management Professional certification through the same institution.
