Darrel Donatto

Darrel Donatto, MBA, CFO, currently serves as the Fire Chief for the Town of Jupiter, leading the establishment of a new all-hazard Fire Rescue department set to commence operations in October 2026. In addition to this role, Donatto is the Past President of the Florida Fire Chiefs' Association, where involvement includes participation on the Board of Directors and chairing the Government Relation and Legislative Committee, as well as serving as the EMS Section Liaison. Previously, Donatto held positions as Fire Chief and Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Palm Beach Fire Rescue from January 2004 to February 2024, and as Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Riviera Beach from June 1981 to January 2004. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University, a BS in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University, and various degrees in Fire Science and Emergency Medical Services from Palm Beach Community College.
