Chad Kirk

Chad Kirk is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety and real estate. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at Verrill Real Estate Inc. since May 2018, Chad provides guidance to clients in marketing and purchasing property. Concurrently, Chad has been a Public Safety Dispatcher for the City of Sanford, Maine, since May 2013, where critical decision-making skills are applied during emergency situations. Chad also has a longstanding role as a Patrol Officer for the Town of Kennebunk, Maine, since June 2004, conducting criminal investigations and responding to emergencies. Previous experience includes serving as a Nuclear Security Officer at G4S, a Corrections Officer in York County, Maine, and a Special Investigator for USIS, focusing on background checks. Chad holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Maine, earned between 2001 and 2006.
