David Whitaker

David Whitaker is currently the Purchasing Manager at the Town of Mooresville NC, where David has been working since November 2004. Prior to this position, David was the Operations Manager at Scott Equipment Company, Inc. for 13 years. David attended Gardner-Webb University from 1979 to 1981 and Western Carolina University from 1977 to 1979.
