Eric Pearson

Eric Pearson has extensive experience in project management and engineering, primarily with Ford Motor Company from 1984 to 2017, where Eric held various managerial positions, including Capital Project Manager for the Dearborn Campus Transformation and Global Skill Team Lead for plant decommissioning. Pearson successfully operationalized project management sections, managed multiple plant closures, and oversaw corporate construction and environmental projects. Pearson has also worked as an Engineer and Project Manager for structural and industrial projects earlier in their career. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Michigan. Currently, Pearson serves as Capital Project Manager for the Town of Morrisville since November 2019.
