Adam Block

Adam Block is an accomplished professional in real estate and business development, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Commonwealth Land Trust since August 2024. With extensive experience as a REALTOR and Real Estate Investment Consultant at Compass since 2014, Adam has represented clients in residential and commercial transactions totaling over $40 million. As Chairperson for the Town of Needham, MA, since May 2020, Adam leads board meetings and public forums on zoning amendments. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for Off the Fence, where Adam managed a substantial content catalog and developed business strategies, and business advisor at N.S. Bienstock, Inc., where Adam represented television companies in various markets. Adam holds a BAA in Television from Ryerson University and a BA in History and Political Science from Dalhousie University, complemented by continuing studies in Business Law from the University of Toronto.
