Michelle Gucciardi currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the MetroWest SHINE Program at the Town of Needham, having also held the role of Assistant Program Coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as the Council on Aging Social Services Coordinator for the Town of Weston, where outreach and consultation for residents aged 60 and older were primary responsibilities. Michelle's background in social work includes a role as a Geriatric Social Worker at the Fallon Community Health Plan's Summit ElderCare PACE program. Early career experiences involved health education internships focused on senior outreach and program coordination, as well as development work for human service programs in Southern Maine. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work degree in Aging and Community Organizing from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Administrative Studies from Boston College, and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Dance from Hamilton College.
