Victoria B. Tipp

Victoria Bayard Tipp serves as the Town Supervisor for the Town of New Castle, NY, since January 2024, after previously holding the position of Deputy Town Supervisor from January 2022 to January 2024. With extensive experience in public education advocacy, Victoria served on the Board of Directors and as Past President of the Westchester Putnam School Boards Association from July 2013 to January 2022. Additionally, Victoria was the President of the Board of Education for the Chappaqua Central School District from July 2011 to January 2022. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in Political Science from Barnard College, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School.
