Heather Pratt

Heather Pratt is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Associate for the Town of Oakville since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Metro Inc. from August 2008 to October 2021, where Heather held positions as Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Human Resources Assistant at Brink’s Inc. in early 2019 and various roles at Royal and Sun Alliance, such as Technical Underwriting Assistant and Client Service Underwriter, between 2014 and 2018. Educational qualifications consist of a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Health Studies from McMaster University.
