Ryan Fines

Ryan Fines is an experienced web editor and social media advisor, currently employed by the Town of Oakville since February 2017. In this role, Ryan focuses on creating accessible and engaging online content, advising on web best practices, and implementing improvements for online services. Prior experience includes positions as an Information Specialist at the City of Mississauga, where Ryan managed instructional documents and analyzed trends for the 311 Citizen Contact Centre, and as a Web/Communications Coordinator for the Transportation & Works department. Earlier in their career, Ryan served as a Digital Content Editor at Rogers Sportsnet, contributing to various digital media projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Waterloo and additional qualifications from Centennial College.
