Martin Donk

Martin Donk, P.E., currently serves as a Senior Engineer for the Town of Prosper since February 2024. Previously, Martin held roles as a Senior Civil Engineer 1 at JQ and as a Project Manager at Topographic, Co. Martin's experience extends to engineering project management with the City of Sachse and civil engineering roles with the City of Rowlett, where responsibilities included the technical supervision of construction projects. Earlier career phases included positions such as Lead Superintendent at CEN Construction, Contractor at Vega Produce, and Project Manager at Production Construction. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
