Kim Clark has over 20 years of experience in financial services and information technology management, primarily with the Town of Queen Creek since 2003, advancing from roles such as Account Clerk and Purchasing Specialist to IT Applied Technology Manager. In the current position, Kim emphasizes the identification and development of business processes and technology solutions to enhance efficiency. Additionally, Kim served as the Treasurer for the Arizona State Capitol Chapter of the National Institute of Government Procurement, overseeing the chapter's financial activities. Kim holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos.
