Noor El Gaderi

Noor El Gaderi is an experienced professional in human resources and program administration, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Southbridge since March 2021, and as the CACFP Program Administrator at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts since December 2022. Prior roles at the YMCA from April 2015 to March 2021 included Program Director, Food Program Coordinator, Assistant Camp Director, Camp Coordinator, Grade Level Coordinator, Camp Office Assistant, and Activity Leader. Noor El Gaderi's educational background includes a degree from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between August 2021 and February 2023, and studies at Quinsigamond Community College from 2016 to 2018.
