Annie Withrow

Annie Withrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and social services. Currently serving as the Community Development Team Lead for the Town of Victoria Park since January 2023, Annie oversees a diverse team focused on strategic social plans across multiple areas including access and inclusion, multiculturalism, and family interests. Previously, Annie held leadership roles with the Department of Social Services and National Peak Bodies as the Convener of the National Council, as well as serving as a Senior Advisor in Social Investment at Rio Tinto. Annie's background also includes significant tenure at Volunteering WA, where various managerial roles were undertaken from 2016 to 2021, and experience in diverse management positions at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco from 2007 to 2014. Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley, and experiences from a global travel sabbatical that enriched personal and professional perspectives.
