Angela McCray

Angela McCray is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR and risk management across various municipalities. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Wake Forest, NC, since April 2022, McCray oversees comprehensive HR programs ensuring legal compliance and fostering a high-performance culture. McCray is also the founder of Quality Productions, LLC, which focuses on empowering clients toward growth and purpose. Previously, McCray held key HR roles in the City of Rialto, City of El Monte, and County of Orange, among others, demonstrating a consistent ability to enhance employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, and organizational development. McCray's educational background includes a Master of Legal Studies and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Laws from Pepperdine Caruso Law, alongside an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University.
