Neha Shah

Neha Shah has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at UPP since November 2015, where responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, new employee induction facilitation, and payroll data management. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a People Assistant at White Stuff, focusing on employee administration and payroll data preparation. Neha's earlier experience includes an internship at Action Against Hunger, where recruitment and event management were key activities, alongside roles in administration at The Wild Pheasant Hotel and Kajaine Ltd. Neha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Nottingham.
