Wendy Gloyd

Wendy Gloyd is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in disability advocacy, community engagement, and project management. Currently serving as a Commission on Disability Committee Member for the Town of Westford, MA, Wendy advises municipal officials on compliance with disability laws and coordinates activities for local disability-oriented groups. Wendy also operates BeYarned Beautiful, a successful Etsy yarn shop, and holds the position of Youth Leadership Program Manager for Toastmasters International, where mentorship and curriculum development for youth communication skills are key responsibilities. Previous roles include crisis volunteer work with The Trevor Project, digital project management, and management positions in non-profit and design agencies. Wendy holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a strong commitment to enhancing community support and individual empowerment.
