Andrew Hally

Andrew Hally is a Conservation Analyst for the Town of Westport, CT, since November 2022, with previous experience as an Inland Wetlands Agent and Conservation Enforcement Officer for the Town of Ridgefield. Hally has also worked as an Aquatic Biologist II at AECOM and held the position of Senior Environmental Technician at RT Environmental Services, focusing on soil and groundwater remediation and wetland delineation. Additional roles include Interpretive Guide 2 - Fisheries Resource Assistant for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Environmental Project Manager for All Habitat Services, and Gardener/Landscaper at New Leaf Landscape Services. Hally began the professional journey as a Maintainer for Branford Public Works and a Resource Assistant at the State of Connecticut DEP Department of Inland Fisheries. Hally holds a B.S. in Aquaculture from the University of Maine, specializing in aquatic animal husbandry, marine biology, and fisheries sciences.
