Matt Regan

Matt Regan has extensive experience in emergency medical services and legal consulting. Currently serving as an EMS & EM Medical-Legal Expert and Consultant at Expert Institute since August 2019, Matt provides specialized guidance on legal matters related to pre-hospital care. As President and Program Director at Cape Cod CPR since August 2014, Matt trains and educates community and medical professionals in CPR and advanced life support techniques. Additional roles include Firefighter/Paramedic and Assistant Harbormaster for the Town of Yarmouth, General Staff with the Barnstable County Incident Management Team, and former Vice President of Clinical Operations at Coastal Medical Transportation Services. With a background as a Paramedic in multiple organizations, including the U.S. Coast Guard and Cape Cod Ambulance, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science Administration from Anna Maria College.
